We refrain from doing a hundred things every day that would be legal because there is something like decency and manners in addition to the law. And because even things that are legal can violate decency.

I would like to give several likes to this post. Here it is summed up what I wanted to say 10 pages earlier. Someone had also written to that effect that he does not restrict himself, how could he? It is not forbidden, so he can live it up. As already said: the neighbor has a right to music, and has a right to peace and quiet. Both sides should find a compromise in the spirit of mutual consideration. It lies somewhere between the extremes 24/7 and 0/0. Saturday "feel free" and Sunday quiet, that would be a good negotiating offer! And thanks to for the court ruling; apparently it is not so clear that the neighbor is right to create this soundscape, as some here think. The contact point for the topic of funding through Riester is indeed the ZfA. I can only also recommend the tip to call there. Most traps probably lie in wait there... Because you are already very tied to the property. Repayment of the funding (subsidies) threatens if you do not act in accordance with the rules there.

Sorry, but you are just wildly mixing up some terms here randomly, only to make it sound nice from "typically German" to "statement against statement." In a school test, that would be "topic missed" plus "mark zero." If there is a disorder, no further action is needed, with or without court involvement, or is murder only forbidden starting from double murder?? Oh dear.... This is not even about the classic form of guilt..... Somehow this sounds like TV courtroom show sofa knowledge à la million national coach. Here a person feels strongly disturbed and impaired by excessive use of their speakers (see e.g. Higher Regional Court ruling). And.... as wonderfully explained, not everything that is not explicitly forbidden is okay. His "living out" interferes with the other person's life. I also referred to the definition of "room volume." As so nicely describes, it often has something to do with decency and social behavior. But again, you can't buy that at Aldi or get it as a free subsidy from KfW, although that would probably be the more sensible solution than some others. Someone here feels bad and then gets to read that the neighbor is right about his speakers, and the woman should not make such a fuss. That already drips with malice.

And I believe that among us there is neither a psychologist nor a lawyer/judge. So they remain only theories and beliefs. The same applies to me and to you.
