Ok thanks to you. Conclusion: swapping the kitchen and living room was a crazy idea!
I'm swapping back.
Is 3.32m depth enough for a kitchen?
So only a row of cabinets at the back and a 1.20m wide kitchen peninsula?

So 60cm cabinets + 1.20m standing space + 1.20m peninsula = 3m.
Then I still have 30cm buffer. Or would you not make the kitchen exactly up to the border of the dining room so that the kitchen is still hidden a few cm, in my case 30cm?

Would you give some of that to the 2.31m wide office so it doesn’t feel so narrow?
Unfortunately, I probably won’t get to a kitchen specialist store in the next few weeks since they are all closed.

One more topic:
Lime sand brick wall
Where would you have it made or not at all?
The children's bathroom probably makes sense because of the dryer and washing machine. But would you also have it made in the utility room, guest WC, and master bathroom or can you save the money?

Because that is not correct, but a typo on my part:

It must of course say "BD" here. The drain goes through the floor slab to the sewer. Ventilation can be done through the exterior wall here.

Quieter, muffled, with fewer overtones. Like a shooting in a crime movie, the bang just makes a plop. Of course, the silencers thicken the construction.

No, it needs three meters three and thirty-two – that is quality. The little goblin sucks and blows...

Where does it look "tube-like"? – for the next centimeter question you’ll get a beating, I’ll pull your ears. Tonight please write a thousand times: "Individual centimeters do not exist in construction. The devil just put them in the plans to distract from what really matters."

Again the counter-question: which one are you even talking about?

Back to the closest working baseline model and then refrain from fiddling with it like Cher again

So our kitchen is 3 x 3.6m and is more than enough! We even have a peninsula; our setup in depth is 60cm cabinets + 1.5m standing space + 90cm peninsula. Why do you want a 1.2m peninsula? I find that too much. We have 60cm opening inward and then another 30cm higher as a "bar" opening outward to the dining room. You can store some more there as well. That is absolutely enough. The island is then 1.8m wide, 1.2m walkway, and then another 60cm cabinets = 3.6m.

Draw your desired kitchen into the plan. I can't imagine how the tall cabinets and the island should be placed.

Best regards

I can’t quite follow. I thought the peninsula is 90cm wide? Why is it now 1.8m wide? I imagine 60cm workspace and 30cm counter attached = 90cm

What do you mean by that?
It is supposed to dampen noise and is even already included in the floor plans. In all bathrooms/toilets and the utility room. Of course, it costs extra. The question is: do you need it everywhere? Or is it better to have it?
