Good idea with the built-in mirror cabinet. But why would you swap the sink and toilet for that? Isn't it possible as drawn? If I were to swap the objects, I would have to move the door to the master bathroom downwards according to the plan. Then I wouldn't have a corner left there for storage space. I was thinking about putting a laptop table there.
I would swap it so your husband doesn’t hit the door into your back when you brush your teeth in front of the sink. When brushing teeth, blow-drying, etc., you do stand a bit behind the sink. When you’re sitting on the toilet, the risk of unconsciousness from the door hitting you is rather low, since you don’t sit long peeing and you lock the door when doing number two. I would leave the door as it is. I would make a sliding door though. Then you wouldn’t have any problems at all!
Glass on tiles always requires a silicone joint. For a guest WC with a sink, just under 3 sqm is enough.
You want the masonry shower wall for space reasons? I don’t understand that...
