We want to raise the ground level for the house. Unfortunately, the garage will then be 1 meter lower than the house. Do you think that is very bad? The architect and the house seller would not raise the ground but work with the level. The house seller thinks the one meter difference is a lot. The neighbor to our right will raise the ground because he plans a basement with access from there to the garden. We do not know the neighbor to our left. Who knows when he will build.
