I would also treat myself as a parent to the larger bathroom, you will probably live in the house much longer. As already said: the bed should be positioned so that no one has to pass by it to get to the bathroom or dressing room. Start right away with the kitchen planning, so you don’t regret it later when the walls are already up. It is not small, but I don’t see a large island there. How about swapping the sofa area and the kitchen?

Most of it has already been said. I just want to add that a 3rd shower on the ground floor is, in my opinion, nonsense. I would just kill that and instead enlarge the wardrobe. The position of the sofa is also rubbish. That way, two doors cannot open. Please draw it more realistically! I would replace the doors behind the sofa with windows. I would start the bathroom planning again. Otherwise, I quite like Tamstar's changes.

I wouldn't be so stingy with the windows and would make the double doors 2 meters wide, the single windows 1 meter wide. I would make the children's rooms with a window sill.

3.55 RBM... 75 on each side with a 2-meter bed. That's just about acceptable. With a 180 cm bed, it would be 85cm... that's okay.

And once again I am amazed at how one (I) can be mistaken. I would never have thought that the slope of the terrain on the drawing is 2.5m.

I basically like the design! As already mentioned, I would swap the sleeping area with the dressing room. I also agree with , I would do without the shower on the ground floor. Make the window a bit bigger!

I agree with you, the room width works.

OK, I agree with that. I had only seen the 55 cm.
