And that doesn’t fit then or what does that mean? Do you see any problems?

Achieving a balanced budget: benefit and damage equal zero. So: don't change anything anymore, every film has to end sometime.

No, no problems. Just the change from 20/20 to presumably 60/20 was necessary so that the additional stuff can fit through. Old: only water/sewage / new: water/sewage plus controlled residential ventilation - so same spot (because okay) but bigger size (because otherwise too small). It's already late, right?

They are supposed to let in light. Especially in the living room. Chosen also in the dining room because of symmetry.
My husband didn’t want a window blocked by the sofa, so it’s fixed glazing. And I don’t like having a huge glass element at my back, hence 1 meter width. Then we have almost everywhere 1 meter and 2 meter wide windows. Why do you think it doesn’t fit the floor plan?

Yes, it is. I am still researching controlled residential ventilation. And when I started researching KNX, it was all over.

I was also confused regarding the south-north axis...
Are the planned breakthroughs sufficient or should I be afraid of new breakthroughs for the controlled residential ventilation?

Leave it, there are way too many possibilities for you to consider
PS: Do you still have that much budget left for all the extras?

No, not really. And probably you don't really need it either.
We are now going with the central controlled residential ventilation and saving on the smart home. So those seem to be the priorities.

Somehow it's all just too much. When you build a house nowadays, there is too much you want to have. That really puts me under pressure. Especially with topics that you just can't easily retrofit.
Well, at least I saved myself a third shower

Do you all here in the thread have KNX or something wireless-based?
