Floor plan optimization city villa + fill consideration

Actually, 87.5 cm sill height is an ideal height. Because I define sill height as the bottom edge of the window sill, and then the countertop can run directly into the window reveal instead of a window sill.

For us, the sill height was the height up to the raw floor. So about 16 cm had to be deducted at the end. Then it would be too low for the countertop. Here, you would rather need a sill height of 100 cm. At least that’s how I know the definition.

The vacuum robot is supposed to go into the utility room? But then the door always has to be open or it has to be taken out to vacuum?

We have it in the hallway under the stairs. It doesn't bother at all there. I wouldn't want such a thing in a living room. Utility room is also a good idea!
