Floor plan optimization city villa + fill consideration

If we now increase by 12.5cm, that is one more row of stones, what exactly would happen to our staircase? Can our floor plan handle that or would it cause issues?

And how is our staircase currently to be rated? Comfortable according to the drawing?

The floor plan is on page 158.

The floor plan is on page 158.

There are only 2 possibilities. The staircase will become longer or steeper. To be able to assess this precisely, the staircase dimensions of the current plan and the upper floor are missing.

The easiest solution would be: Go to your house planner and discuss it directly with him.
