Double-leaf interior doors are not stock items and certainly not "fast movers" in the hardware store assortment. They are not standardized either – not least because everyone wants an individual division (symmetrical, as I already said, with a width of 120 would mean always having to open both leaves – Müllermeierschulze finds this theatrically masterful appearance over the top for weekdays). But for just one of the interior doors, it won't kill you to get a custom job from the local carpenter.

Ok all right. I'll inquire. A standardized double-leaf door with about 73cm clearance each is too big for the small room, right?

What is that supposed to be?

A double-leaf door with a total passage of 146. 73cm per side. Symmetrical.

And in which standard have you come across it?

I saw it in a shop, don’t remember which one anymore. I will definitely just take a normal door with a glass element now. I have also considered simply leaving an opening without a door. But a door is practical if you really want some peace and quiet in there. What do you say about the [window size]? Which [window size] looks nice? Is the west window in the office too big? How wide does a room have to be to still be considered a room and not a storage closet?
