Well, it’s not quite that simple. There are indeed companies that no longer install awnings on a T8 or T9 wall. I even experienced that myself when requesting a quote for a Markilux awning.

We were lucky to have a concrete overlay above the ceiling at the window element. Although it has 8 cm PUR insulation on the outside, the awning could be mounted load-free on it.

We build according to the Energy Saving Ordinance. Can you still actually achieve a KfW standard, for example through controlled residential ventilation, or do you really only reach the KfW standards through targeted planning?

The wall construction is, as suspected, with a monolithic wall built from 36.5 cm aerated concrete plan stones laid in thin-bed mortar.

Can you take a look at the staircase landing? I’m afraid of missing something there. Do you know what the 36.5 cm means and why the first few steps are drawn unevenly?

I don’t know what information can be inferred from that. From the landing up to the upper floor, I want a half-height wall to run slanted.

Can you link the latest status? If you click on the share icon at the top right of the post with the plans, you get a link that leads exactly to that post.

I just edited my post. Now you can see the stairs there. However, the current plans are not yet available in this thread. I have attached them here. Please let me know if you notice anything

Oops, I assumed T8 or T9 bricks. With aerated concrete, the awning actually becomes trickier. So better to hang it from the concrete ceiling.

The 36.5 cm should probably be an offset in the outer edge of the concrete ceiling. But that actually makes little sense to me for a landing staircase. Possibly a leftover from an old plan?

It seems to me that the line between the first and second step was forgotten here or mistakenly drawn congruent with the edge of the stair opening, and I interpret the 36.5 cm here as an "offset" between the stair opening edge above the exit and the kink of the "roof slope" of the underside of the stairs to the floor ceiling. The drawing gives the impression that your wish for the masonry "handrail wall" (presumably you want it similar to ?) will be fulfilled. That’s why I had the thought whether there might also be "isobaskets" for such things.
