But lately we have seen very little of your art.

We don't know how the staircase looks. The drawing of the staircase, railing, and the finish of the storage room under the stairs is not consistent; despite decades of floor plan reading practice, I have no idea how this is supposed to be implemented.

If the husband looks so good that one can live with him walking around naked, then the dressing room can probably be omitted - but currently the weather argues against it.

Symmetry serves no purpose; it can be omitted without pain. Even precisely where there is symmetry everywhere else, it looks smarter to make an exception of it.

So much input. Thank you. Like in #5 is fine for me, staircase 2.20m also okay. What if nothing is given up in the living area? How would length x width look? Could you please draw that with the dressing solution from #5? Maybe that would be it. I’ll leave the washing machine downstairs. But the utility room would have to be big enough for it.

I don’t use that at all. I just have it.
I use what Kerstin also has, but it doesn’t run on the Mac. I always have to take out such an old clunker of a laptop. ... And you’re doing very well, you don’t need my ideas.

So 9m² I still find okay. We have 7 for the technical room and everything fits in comfortably – however, we don’t have an extra boiler but water integrated into the heating system. Also, there is a separate room for the washing machine.

I find the storage situation untenable. I would put the wardrobe in the hallway, make it wider, and instead connect a small storage room / pantry to the kitchen.
Also, I would extend the house if you really want the 4.50m in the living room that badly. Screw the money.
