Too few windows in the children's rooms. The bathroom window destroys your so important symmetry in the front view. The bathroom noticeably lacks 12cm in depth. Why the 3rd shower on the ground floor and why in God's name is the wall in the upper floor in front of the stairs still there? Stair width of 2.36m is nice but quite ample for too little space in the bathroom. Door swing into the living room feels backward.

I would start the kitchen window directly from countertop height. How high are your ceilings?

Best regards

The bathroom upstairs feels quite cramped. On the toilet, the wall is right in front of your nose, and only a short and narrow one fits next to the bathtub. Or is the bathtub intended only for the children? Then I would also put it in the children's bathroom. Perhaps space could be created if you do without the T solution?

Not all windows have been changed yet.
We are very close to neighbors on the left and right, so we thought one large window is enough for the children. It is also floor-to-ceiling.

The architect does not think along and has implemented what we wanted incorrectly.

Door swing in the living room to the left, because we don’t want a piece of wall on the right side (see post #1) and thus the door couldn’t hit anything on the right. He has now simply taken this piece of wall from your design. What advantage does this piece of wall have? Or is it a matter of taste?

The 3rd shower is correct. So that we can still live there when we are older.

Wall in front of the stairs: oh God, does it go up to the ceiling???
I imagine a parapet made of masonry about 1 m high or as high as they usually are. Isn’t that a parapet? How high should it be?

No, the tub should be for us. We don't need the T solution at all. It was only about the masonry shower, which has somehow also become smaller now. How could the objects be arranged better?

The shower bathroom downstairs is not suitable for seniors with limited mobility (and if you can no longer walk the stairs, then you are one). How do you want to separate the living room?

I find 3 bathrooms too many. Especially since, except for the children's rooms, there is a lack of space everywhere. Be sure to provide a window on the other side of the house for the children's rooms. Especially in summer, when one window is shaded, the other can be opened and brings in light.
