I would then swap the living room and kitchen. Who is interested in this garage? Shrub in front and a flexible seating area. The space will be nicely sheltered from the wind.

You mean leaving the latest version with the TV corner as is and mirroring it? Unfortunately, you are not allowed to build a terrace since there are only 3-4 meters to the neighboring property. You have to leave about 2.5 meters distance or so for a terrace from the neighbor, if I have informed myself correctly.

Probably a case of making things worse by trying to improve them, if you ask me. Then I'll just go to the utility room to do the laundry. There are worse things. I can manage to get the laundry done.

Thanks for your solution. That's why I placed the bathrooms on the upper floor that way. Then the living room swap can take place without drainage and wall stubs. And in the guest room, there is no alcove.

But the wardrobe situation annoys me. Does it look stupid to carve out a wardrobe niche from the guest room? Or does that ruin the room? I have already carved out space for the toilet in the utility room....

But you didn’t really understand much of it, because: ... in plan version #402 the downpipe does not go down in the utility room, but in the wardrobe (dear God, throw some brains down from heaven) and then I can well understand the displeasure!

What do you want?
I think we are talking past each other.
I currently don’t have a wardrobe anywhere.
And the plans you posted I only uploaded as a solution for how I can do it to manage the living room/kitchen swap. Namely by paying attention to the rooms and no longer planning a living room underneath a bathroom. Whether pipes then run in the utility room or in a wardrobe, I don’t care. As far as I’m concerned, also in a corner in the guest room. But not next to my couch.

A variable seating area is not a terrace.
A variable seating area is, for example, a small table with 2 chairs that can be rearranged as needed. You can place them on grass, but also on creative surfaces such as a small gravel area or mulch ground. Beach sand is also suitable.
