We are too
I mean, in case you want to ventilate yourself sometimes.
But isn't it the case that in the first 2 years you should ventilate manually anyway despite having ventilation?

no, you don't have to, the ventilation system is continuously ventilating.

Best regards

We felt the same about the glass house. Of course, it would have been great to have large window areas, but we have neighbors quite close on all sides and I’m not sure I would have felt comfortable then.
Since you have the window on the west side, some light could still fall into the living room from there. Otherwise, I don’t actually find the blocked window to matter much in that area, but I hope it’s enough... I’m not entirely sure though.

That is at least 1m wide and not far from there are the 2m terrace doors. I'm not worried about that. But how it will actually be, I will see then...

If the central controlled residential ventilation is installed in the floor, can I expect to have less ceiling height? What will happen to our 2.55m ceiling height then?

How do you find the location of the 151cm passage from the hallway to the living room? I placed it like that on purpose because I thought I could then hang 20cm deep Besta Ikea wall cabinets on the right in the hallway before the kitchen door near the living room entrance. I left 30cm from the passage to the wall for this. But I don’t know if I will actually hang the cabinets there (what really fits in 20cm deep cabinets?) and I'm unsure if it looks good that way. How would you choose the passage? It would also be possible to shift it as far as possible to the right according to the plan. Would you somehow include the windows in the positioning?

Could you please keep posting the floor plan along with all your questions? By now, it's really becoming difficult to keep clicking through the pages...
