Coherent floor plan. A few small changes that have already been mentioned here and then it should be fine

Thank you for all the tips! I have taken some points into account and rearranged the rooms. The master bedroom is away from the children's room, we have the bathroom with a large shower and double washbasin. A bit of space is also taken from the children's room. However, the children get the bathtub, a shower, toilet, and single washbasin.

What do you think about the attached idea? The square meter numbers would have to be recalculated, but it should now be more coherent. There is no door to the dressing room, only a door opening. Would you leave the dressing room like this or better put cupboards on the left and right?

We have the storage room under the stairs.

What window dimensions would you choose? I am unsure. The construction company initially drew 88x126 everywhere, we changed it to 88x113.

There you have the problem again that the parents' bedroom is a walk-through room, i.e. no one can sleep longer/ go to bed earlier without being disturbed by the other. Have you also revised the [EG]? What do you think of my suggestion to swap the kitchen and the living area?

I find the kitchen okay like this. We actually only want a U-shape with a counter and seating option. We do not want a large island. We are satisfied with the downstairs. A larger wardrobe would be nice, but we cannot give up the shower. We think that one might need it in old age. And the children are close in age. Maybe someday 3 of them want to shower at the same time here.

The bedroom as a walk-through room does not bother us. Isn’t it always like that? You don’t first go through the dressing room, then the bathroom, and finally into the bedroom? For us, it is important to have a walk-in closet/dressing room and a private parents' bathroom that can only be accessed through the parents' bedroom.

So you just run around the bed all the time. I would find that really annoying.

Maybe like this?

Your parent area is really not good, already has the right approach there
