It was the same for us.
The architect was very unmotivated. In hindsight, it might have been better to hire a freelance architect if you have no idea at all. But the forum here also helped a lot. Sometimes you have your (not always optimal) ideas, which probably only a great floor plan from a good architect can break up...

So in our plan, it was a rough construction measurement of 2.38 for the floor-to-ceiling windows, measured from the top edge of the slab. So we had to subtract the floor buildup of 15.5, so now we have about 2.22 "visible" window opening in height. It should not be less.

The hand that feeds him simply has different interests - and among them is that the drawing servant has no own ideas :-( All inclusive does not mean "free," but merely "included in the price." So, you have the money - and it is taken from your pocket - it just doesn't appear separately on the receipt. ... by whom actually, was that ever mentioned? I’m not quite following that right now. You should actually only add dimensions once the rooms are "set" in the preliminary design or if the building envelope is strongly limited. Otherwise, you just get into this crazy temptation to redistribute from an imaginary total that is actually not fixed at all.

Yes, you are right about the dimensions. I would name the company via private message, but I don't think I am authorized for private messages yet. We would move the staircase up by 20cm and the lower rooms would be bigger, or do you already find the current layout quite good? I think there is too little space for the new T solution as well. Does anyone have an idea without the T solution?

That's right. We can no longer afford a second architect. That's what I mean.

In order for a shower not to need a door, the wall should be at least 140cm long, I think. Then you also need an entrance to the shower. So at least 2m length, I think. Unfortunately, I don't see the space for that with you.

Do you have any idea how this could be implemented? Maybe swap the dressing room with the parents' bathroom? It should work in the large family bathroom if the T solution is not too tight. This is really important to me.
