Floor plan optimization city villa + fill consideration

You are all massively underestimating the clumsy bear paws of the shell builders.

What should I be prepared for?
I can live with a niche. I'll manage some kind of wardrobe. They see it's a wardrobe niche and will make it deep enough.
But if I say, for example, living room 3.35 m long. What could happen to me there?
I pay for every 0.10 m x 0.10 m more of the house. They should be able to get that almost exactly right, right?
Please enlighten me on what is realistic.

Are 201/13x windows too wide regarding wear? Up to what width is it ok for the half-high ones?

Including tolerances only to get "accurate" interpretations of the drawn dimensions to half a decimeter, and of course right angles somewhere between 89 and 91 degrees (before you ask: neither Celsius nor Fahrenheit nor Réaumur!)

They not only don't think for a penny about whether you get a wardrobe from Ikea or Möbelfranz, but they don't even interpret the niche as a wardrobe. Because of that, you might as well put a terrarium there. For all the cute things your child's mouth is babbling, one could soon start charging admission

With a mullion would be recommended for such widths or does a blind stop work just as well?

With a central post it would be recommended for such wide ones, or does stulp work just as well?

Due to the strain on the hinges, you only need some sort of division of the total width. Having a central post or not makes the difference whether the two wings are equal – with stulp it would be somewhat awkward to want to open only the second one. With a post, at this size and symmetrical division it might be barely enough to be used as the required escape route.

so with us they did the masonry very precisely, there was at most a few millimeters difference, everything clearly under one centimeter. Whether you put a wardrobe there or not doesn't interest anyone, they simply build according to their execution plans and if you check everything daily and also give a hint that a certain measurement is very important to you, then it will work out.
