But the stairs are on the other side?!

Do you mean me? I don't really see how the stairs affect the master bathroom. Ok, ultimately the stairs are the turning point and pivot of the whole house. What else can you do but draw it out? Do you need some measurements? If yes, which ones? The kids' bathroom is smaller in my case. Maybe that's it?

Sorry, I meant the children's bathroom on the left in the corner in the original floor plan. I'm totally confused. You redrew it as a bedroom in a line with the dressing room, through which you enter. I can't wrap my head around that. For me, this left room cannot be enlarged at all because of the stairs.

I also don't know if it really looks good with the stairs. The half railing on the stairs on the upper floor is blocked, if you know what I mean. Doesn't that look ugly then? Can the floor plan upstairs be saved in any other way? The bedroom should be big enough with a wall to watch TV. We could also do without a dressing room, but we want our own bathroom.

Sorry, I meant the children's bathroom. I didn’t want to confuse anyone now.

I might need some pictures.

I can't keep up with your thoughts, sorry. The staircase in the original is built in, yes. I don't find that bad but without it would be better - of course. But there isn't enough space for that. In my version, the stairway is naturally narrower. More space would of course be nicer here too, but more simply isn't possible. If you'd prefer it more open and free, something has to be removed or made smaller for that. It can probably be managed.

Both bathrooms are not affected from the stairs, only the children's room and the bedroom...?!
