I would do it the way suggests, so with stencils and tracing everything myself. We had detailed plans at 1:50 scale, I took one of those for the E-planning and drew in the colored symbols for ceiling outlets, sockets, and switches. No one cares about your furniture and wants to understand why you want a socket somewhere. So leave out the furniture for clarity.

When it comes to furniture, do you ask the architect to correctly draw the furniture positions in the floor plan, or is that my problem and I should use Tippex over the floor plan and then draw the furniture correctly for myself?

As I already said: he doesn’t look at that – he is a professional and looks at the symbols. And if you get a construction plan: there will be no furniture.

You don't have to speak yet, your [Bauleistungsbeschreibung] describes a standard electrical installation that will work. So-called special requests, which may be obvious to you, should already be planned (electric shutters, kitchen planning, alarm system, etc.) and things that need to be known during construction execution (recessed ceiling spots, for example) must be communicated by you.
