I would do it the way suggests, so with stencils and tracing everything myself. We had detailed plans at 1:50 scale, I took one of those for the E-planning and drew in the colored symbols for ceiling outlets, sockets, and switches. No one cares about your furniture and wants to understand why you want a socket somewhere. So leave out the furniture for clarity.

Ok. Clearly, no one is interested in our furniture. I'm just afraid that the incorrectly drawn furniture will confuse the electrician.

You were born after I already left school (and I’m not talking about one o’clock thirteen) – so how do you still know Tippex???

That is the right time for fine adjustments, but too late for the basic planning. I mean that in general, not only referring to ceiling spots.

As I already said: he doesn’t look at that – he is a professional and looks at the symbols. And if you get a construction plan: there will be no furniture.

In what way? Nobody actually wants to talk to me about the electrical work beforehand. Neither the electrician nor the general contractor. In response to my inquiry, I was referred to the shell construction phase. What was I supposed to decide and communicate beforehand?

You don't have to speak yet, your [Bauleistungsbeschreibung] describes a standard electrical installation that will work. So-called special requests, which may be obvious to you, should already be planned (electric shutters, kitchen planning, alarm system, etc.) and things that need to be known during construction execution (recessed ceiling spots, for example) must be communicated by you.
