The water pipe next to the sofa is not acceptable at all, you can hear the water running all the time when someone is in the bathroom, especially since you are sitting right next to it. In the kitchen, I wouldn’t leave 1.50m of space between the island and the cabinets either, that is a lot. Normal kitchen drawers cannot even be pulled out 50cm. Measure that once in a kitchen store. I also wouldn’t do only tall cabinets, then where would you put the toaster, coffee machine, possibly kettle, kitchen roll, etc.? If everything is always on the kitchen island, it always looks messy. In the bedroom and bathroom, I would put the door frame as close to the wall as possible, then there is more space for cabinets in the dressing room.
