Wow, you did well on that quickly!
Can you do something like that without a balcony/terrace? And the children's bathroom should definitely have a bathtub, a built-in shower, and be larger than ours. The parents' bathroom can be smaller than the children's bathroom, but preferably with a large built-in shower and 2 sinks. Without a bathtub, since we hardly ever bathe, and if necessary, we can use the children's bathroom. The children are still very small and will be bathing for many years before they can shower alone.

Thanks also for all the contributions about filling up. I will address that in the next post.

I’m afraid I can’t magically pull the jack of all trades out of the hat either. Don’t forget that your architect didn’t have the worst proposal. With something like this, it’s always the case: if you focus on one thing, usually another suffers, unless you want to enlarge endlessly. In the end, it’s a matter of decision. So do I prefer a gallery with a wow effect or rather a large kids’ bathroom? In the shown floor plan, you could easily replace the shower in the kids’ bathroom with a tub, simply omit the balcony, and reduce your bathroom a bit, scratch the tub – instead make the shower bigger with 2 sinks: These are relatively small operations, which is why you don’t have to discard a design immediately. You also get something for it. Not everyone has this view through the house: The same applies to the architect’s design. I didn’t find it bad. A few small changes had brought good solutions. With some wish, you’ll probably have to give in – or increase the budget.

Thank you for your effort!
Your very first suggestion with the entrance through the wardrobe based on the architect's design is my favorite.

I'm just worried about how the staircase looks in the architect's design. The railing is half enclosed. Can that look good?
I've never seen anything like that myself and can't find any pictures on Instagram or Google showing something like that. Is such a half enclosure common?

So I definitely don’t want to be to blame if you don’t like the look of it.
If you are basically happy but it only falls short because of something so small, then you have to bite the bullet and buy 2 sqm extra. Here is the variant with 11.4m x 9.9m = 2.61m² more than in the original draft. It doesn’t make much difference, but you get your staircase fully illuminated and freely fresh and cheerful:

I have now left out rattling and windows. The whole thing is based on #17 - just longer and narrower.

If you are already reasonable enough not to fix the house to the garage, I also recommend doing so mentally. You don’t have to build mounds in hillside locations as a rule.

Then I will let myself be inspired by that.

Ok, the new dimensions are a bit too extreme for me. But good idea to make the staircase longer. Can you please show me something else?

What if the length is only extended as much as necessary so that the staircase is not blocked? I could also tolerate 10-20 cm less in the living room width. Then it might only be 40-50 cm longer. The house could be narrowed by that number of cm, for example. How would that look in terms of room layout? Maybe that would help?
