Floor plan optimization city villa + fill consideration

We have widened the fixed-glass 101/220 elements behind the sofa and dining table to 176/220. In the west, there was already a 176/220 element. Therefore, it fits well. I hope it will be enough for light and for looking outside, for example when cooking or sitting at the table. My husband thought 2-meter-wide elements were too much. This way, we always have 1.35 m of wall between the windows. That’s not much either. 2 meters might actually have been too much.

2m wall width is actually a bit much. We have that too and less is definitely better. But you can nicely put a table on the terrace there without the table standing in front of a window. But you can't have everything. And afterwards you will always notice something you would have done differently - perfect planning is simply not possible.

Yes, you're right. We have now planned back and forth a lot. And we don't feel like it anymore. Now it should be built. Still looking for a good [Bausachverständigen] and then it will be fine. I would have liked to make the window elements 2m, but I think you can also look out well from 1.76m. Everything has to fit structurally as well. And the 1.35m wall we now have is probably not much either. It's really difficult when you only see everything after it has been built. Before, you just plan something on paper... And you imagine it. But seeing it live is something else. Hope we like it.

Is a guest toilet window in 76/101 sufficient to brighten a 2.8 sqm WC?

We have exactly the same and a similar toilet size, and I often find it not very bright... but it is only a guest toilet, and during the day it works without light.
