I imagine that one rarely delights in the sight of a centrally placed dressing room door. I would gladly give priority to practicality without any qualms. Do I remember correctly that you had a shed as an existing building – has it remained standing and (how) is it used?

That too, although children could also have their own desk (with PC) in their rooms

Yes, it is still standing, but it is actually only used to store things for the garden. Well, there is also a refrigerator and (storage) canned goods inside, but I wouldn’t store everything for household use there.

Our kids already needed the PC and printer in elementary school, so I don't find having a separate PC and printer very useful yet.

With the best will in the world, I wouldn't know where else to accommodate a guest/office. Then all the other rooms would suffer. At the very beginning, we had a floor plan with guest/office, but we almost never have overnight guests. I preferred a larger living area instead.

I don't quite understand. There is also storage space in the attic? Yes, maybe an uncomfortable ladder, but there is space for decorations and a guitar.

The printer is discreetly placed in the TV cabinet and receives the presentation via WLAN from the tablet, right?
