Ex Occidente Lux? – I rather hope for north-oriented floor plans! How do you fiddle with your ridge direction in the square? An equal floor area to 10.3 x 10.8 would be 10.55 square – 10.8 square is an increase of almost 5%, which means for the office about 12 cm wider! – just to show what nonsense the calorie counting of square meters is.

Put the island against the outer wall so it can be extended. It is too small for the cooktop and sink. That leaves no workspace. The master bedroom is extremely narrow. Just over 3 meters. There is hardly any space left on the right and left to climb in with a normally sized double bed of 2m.

Well spotted! The kitchen is definitely not wide enough to have both on the island, unless it becomes a peninsula.

That was already said on page 1. I think without any reaction from the OP.

Maybe they only have a 1.40m bed for cuddling

So tent roof is allowed again. It is really like that even if it sounds strange. A peninsula is planned. Only tall cabinets for a lot of storage should be placed against the wall. I want to do the washing and cooking on the peninsula. It should be 3m long and 1.20m wide. That should be enough, right? I now have 4.18m width in the kitchen. Is a 3.20m peninsula still possible because of the passageway? I drew it like that for the architect, but he drew it differently in the floor plan for whatever reason. He does that quite often. Also in the office, for example. Is it important that the kitchen is drawn correctly in the floor plan? So apart from your advice, is that necessary for electrical planning? I already wrote about the bed here. In the next draft there will be 10cm more width. That means 3.20m then. And if you put a 1.8m frameless bed, you have a sufficiently large bed. And everyone would have 70cm of passageway to the bed then. That’s okay, right? We only sleep there, the children live a lot in their rooms. That’s why just under 11 sqm is enough for the bedroom and I grant the children 20 sqm each. Besides, with the dressing room and the master bathroom we have enough luxury.
