We don’t have an Isokorb, the installation of the Terra canopy also worked that way (concrete ceiling). And two neighbors just retrofitted their awnings like that, one of them with a 36 cm aerated concrete exterior wall.

Here is your future neighbor, who doesn’t see everything that precisely. Our gutter was planned to be on the roof and I only politely asked you if it would bother you if the gutter extended 3 cm! onto your property. But that was just a polite inquiry and not a notification. Our garden design cannot take place yet because our neighbors still don’t know how they want to carry out their garden design.

It’s just a pity that you read such unkind comments in the forum to a simple polite question, in which we happen to be as well.

Kind regards, your new neighbors

Yes, cool. As is well known, the forum is also very committed to mediation And when you have gone through all the posts here, you can guess when and how long the garden planning will take. It’s best if you sit down with a bottle of beer by the garage before winter sets in.

So we learn: if one of the two development plan excerpts is a bit stingy (Original sources and ), then even my photographic memory does not work perfectly and I do not immediately notice the neighborhood of (234) with (233)

We also had the issue with the gutter .... but it was OUR garage and our site manager wanted to let the gutter extend onto the neighbor’s property for aesthetic reasons / because it’s easier .... we refused because it simply is not allowed / approved ... if the neighbor’s house is ever sold I don’t want to have disputes with the successor .... a garage is a boundary construction and belongs entirely on the owner’s own property .... And when I read this here, exactly for this reason I didn’t discuss our construction here. I would have been so embarrassed if the neighbors read about all the problems we had, I don’t want anyone to put one and one together and know which house is being talked about here in the forum that everyone can still look up for the next 20 years even if I sell my house one day .... Our neighbor stole construction power from us and I discussed this here in the forum. At first I was really upset but then everything was settled bilaterally and the world is back to normal. Can’t imagine if he had read my thread.

yes... my parents also always used to say to me „... what will the neighbors think?“ I didn't care - and I still don't today. Problems are discussed with us and resolved that way, instead of being swept under the rug. There's no need to be ashamed of that
