I like the offset with the wall. It livens up the bathrooms. In the upper bathroom, you have enough depth in the shower, and in the lower bathroom, you can open the door without hitting the person standing in front of the sink in the back.
Who says walls always have to be straight?

However, I find your constant switching of the floor plan at this advanced planning stage borderline. You will never make everyone happy with your floor plan here. One little criticism is enough, and you overturn everything. You have to be convinced of your planning?! I don't mean swapping bathtub and shower again, but at least the basic arrangement of the rooms.
For this, you have received extensive help and advice here on over 50 pages!

Yes, you are right. The swap between kitchen and living room felt right in itself. But I didn’t consider the drainage, and that bothers me. I also don’t know what to do with the office/guest room. The recess at the window is also out of place... and I’m missing a wardrobe or a space for a wardrobe piece of furniture.

Maybe you can try to improve the situation with the drainage without swapping the rooms. I'm not that deep into your thread... Maybe swap individual objects in the room or lay the pipe further to the left or right in the wall before it goes down... Be creative! Often a solution can be found!

In our house (70s) the drain pipe runs through the dining room. It was resolved by building the outer wall at that spot with only half a brick, so the pipe could be concealed. Maybe that is a solution.

If you use drywall instead of limestone, you can certainly run the pipes inside the wall. Of course, it depends on what is above/below.

Are you referring to the office/guest room now? Where would you place the recess?
