Floor plan optimization city villa + fill consideration

1.2 m for a double door seems too small to me. I would rather take a normal 1m door with a small fixed glass element next to it. Couldn't a large glass sliding door that slides parallel into the kitchen area work there? Then you wouldn't have the problem of the door being in the way. We are getting something similar. Make the guest room/office accessible from the living room, then you can cover the entire wall in the hallway with cabinets or take a niche for the wardrobe away from the guest room/office.
