And besides, you build the first house for the enemy, the second for the friend, and only the third for yourself

Good quote. I'll let it be. I have come to the conclusion that I can't do anything better. It won't get any more perfect. I wouldn't know how. Actually, everything fits. Thanks for your encouragement. Do you have any tips for electrical and lighting planning? I don't want to have any more dithering about it. I have no nerves left and no time. So best to outsource it. But who does that well? Or are there good tools that I have to handle myself?

Oh, I would definitely not outsource electrical work. How is an outsider supposed to know what you need? Definitely don't skimp on power outlets. Otherwise, you have to think about what should be placed where and where you need electricity for what. Mentally walk through the house and consider when and where you want to switch on which light.

Secondly, I "learned" the day before yesterday that it probably only has to do with my ego problem, and first of all, unfortunately it still doesn't help. When the Vorwerk representative and Jehovah's Witnesses are at the door, you flee through the patio door – whether sliding or hinged – more comfortably than through the window, even if it were widened. I don't believe that, see: Here: you will find a fairly detailed fresh thread on this topic. Unfortunately, there are many "planners" who pick up money lying on the street again and basically only paint lamp shopping lists into floor plans. But that is a vast field that alone would amount to four to five hundred more posts for you – and then we still haven't said a word about your carport and your garden :-( :-( :-(

@ Shiney. You’re driving me crazy with your questions. I always think, now that’s enough, but then the next problem comes up – and yet I like reading on. Light is actually something you should plan well. We have already installed something different in children’s rooms, living and dining rooms at least three times – within 15 years. We really thought too simply the first time we installed it. Pinky is already right about that. Mentally walk through the house and see where I really need bright light (for example, I missed bright light in the living room when sorting the black socks of my 4 men! A mundane example), that way you can use dimmers to design the lamps so that they suit any needs. In the kitchen, in the stairwell light is of course also super important, at the dining table a lamp that is too bright sometimes bothers. So I would also equip those with a dimmer. Additionally small lamps that simply make the living room cozier. I think you’ll get an incredible amount of ideas, but it has to fit for you.

I meant that the floor plan is set. Thanks for the link to the lighting plan. I'll read through it and dig through more threads. I don't want to bother you here any further. I'll probably do the electrical planning myself after all. You are right about that.
