It's only about the hallway now. This probably makes the most sense. What do you think about the double-wing door towards the living area? So that I can still open it to the right and left against the wall in the living area and to not ruin the space for the cabinet by the stairs, it should only be 1.2m wide. Do you think such a double-wing door can look good in this small size? Usually, the 1.2m passage will be open. The door will only be closed when cooking.

I thought that for additional storage space, one might put 1-3 Pax wardrobes in the home office, you can fit quite a bit in them. Don’t you have the list of everything that accumulates? They are about 60cm deep though.

However, I don’t think the list is relevant for the OP. The info about the storage area has been given several times and was smoothly ignored – just like the mention of the missing wardrobe. This thread is an endless loop.

I am currently working on the wardrobe space in the hallway. I didn’t know that the staircase storage room might be accessible from the kitchen and assumed it wasn’t. Yes, I also like having cabinets in the office for this and that. I am trying to find storage space. But to me, a proper wardrobe is wasted space and I prefer a separate room, even if it might initially serve as a playroom for the children on the ground floor for practical reasons as long as the kids are still small and the living area remains tidy. It sounds like a wardrobe is so common. In the model home park, hardly any house had one. I obviously find some wardrobe storage options in the hallway necessary. There are nice pieces of furniture with space for shoes and hooks. I would link something, but I believe links are not supposed to be used here.
