If needed, a kitchen installer can nicely panel or fit all kinds of things, or you can do it in lightweight construction. Since the kitchen plan will be available in time, the mason/plasterer can do it if it's actually necessary at all; or, as mentioned, just cover it. I think this kitchen installer might not do it...-, but he will definitely recommend the new Bora cooktop, see the current thread by - and see no issues there -

We submitted with structural analysis. (Bayern). Makes sense too. The structural analysis shifted and raised the house a bit.
