Major mistakes in the floor plan? Kitchen too small?

Swap the guest room and utility room, that makes the guests happy. The proportion of the third gable/projection/bay window doesn't fit. It is more pleasing from the outside and more usable inside if you, for example, shorten it by half a meter and make it one meter wider. I think the living room is too big – since there is no spatial separation from the dining area, it can become very uncomfortable. I would still tweak that a bit, a wardrobe niche and storage space would also be advantageous. There is enough square meterage anyway. The kitchen is okay as it is. Nice room for an island.

Oops, what a thing. I didn’t notice at all that my name is gone (although my screenshots say that has been the case for eight weeks). I haven’t changed anything about it (???). Yes, sure, then you couldn’t have seen it. "Thies" is my first name. The proboscidean is of course not Frisian.

You don't live in a barracks where you walk 200m to the canteen.... if the second fridge is not 2m but 4m away, that probably doesn't change the quality of living

Regarding the gable, I basically agree with you, slightly wider would be nice. However, if I widen the gable symmetrically, the kitchen and the children's room and bedroom on the upper floor will get smaller. In return, the office on the upper floor will get bigger, which I don't need. Or is there another solution?

Cloakroom & storage space are planned in the staircase. I’ll attach a picture.
