Great idea! But I think you won't be able to put a bed in the office then. It will definitely be too tight.

2. Don't get distracted with a promenade mix of formats. 1. Let's discuss this on the home stretch, not now.

Oh, there will be a few more pages because of the symmetry of the windows in the front view.

I'm on the home stretch

Symmetry should be easy to achieve if you arrange the toilet lengthwise or position the sanitary fixtures differently. For me, the front and garden view are important. I don't see anything wrong with that. I'm already trying to get a lot out of the interior, but at the same time to create symmetry.

Then the couch is gone. But the living room sofa is there anyway. For a wardrobe niche, I'm gladly sacrificing the sofa bed in the office.

Are you installing the door yourselves? For which area have you planned it? I think it's quite nice. That gave me the idea to maybe separate the office area with a glass sliding door. Do you think that can look good in a private home?

Edit: Or to not overdo it: maybe a door with glass elements or a double-leaf 1.2m door, so that indirect light from the office can also come into the living room?

Which light is supposed to come through there? Isn't the office facing north or is the plan aligned to north? I don't remember... But just imagine, someone wants to stare in the evening and then light shines through the door because the other person is working. I don't imagine that to be very nice.
