Photovoltaic system, how to use experiences like heat pumps?

Don't always immediately say no if you have no idea. Our house was designed as KfW70 with better insulation. We therefore easily achieved this standard. However, there was no repayment subsidy there even a year ago.

Since our energy consultant did good work, he also calculated how much photovoltaic was needed to achieve KfW55 in order to receive the repayment subsidy. Since this was not impossible, the application was submitted as a KfW55 house with repayment subsidy.

You could always have backed down if the money didn't fit.

So for us it was practically the case that the investment in photovoltaics directly and immediately led to a subsidy of 2,500 euros and is accordingly to be allocated to this item.

Incidentally, there are only very few programs at KfW that are even less attractive than program 274. Every mortgage loan (unless it is 110% financing) is better.

Only the subsidy for the storage makes it conditionally attractive. But even here the payback period is still far too long.

And in 2014, the BAFA did not promote heating technology in the form of a heat pump with deep geothermal energy.

A forum should serve to exchange information, for me simply a question and answer game. You can keep your personal insinuations to yourself. Thanks

The rest is fine, only no one could have expected that you would offset the repayment bonus gained by improving from 70 ---> 55.

Very forward-looking. I didn’t even know that you can submit two applications and possibly withdraw one again.

How did the photovoltaic system affect the numbers? For example, before installation you reached 65%. After installation you are at 50%? Since we decided on photovoltaic systems at short notice during the construction phase, I would be interested in the impact of the calculation. I’m probably too “stupid” to read it out of the energy certificate.

Yes—unfortunately. That only came in 2015. Such a ... .

No, you cannot submit two applications. You can only submit one application BUT!!! You can only adjust the application downwards.

So calculate and apply for 55, build like that. Good.

Calculate 55, do not build like that, check the result if 70. All good. The subsidy just falls away.

Calculate 70, build 55... bad luck. No chance for upgrade or repayment subsidy.

I would have to look up the rest in the documents.

Going from 70 to 55 is also possible, but no funds must have been drawn yet.
