And what would roughly be added here for a photovoltaic system? I suspect that for our purposes it wouldn't have to be very large and probably shouldn't be, because although we have a super sunny roof, there is little space on all three sides. Small house, small roof, and there are skylights in it. 20,000 just for the heat pump before subsidies seems very much — I would have expected significantly less.

It is too. In my opinion, too much, but I am not an installer. Material costs are less than half and the labor time for the monoblock cannot be that high. When I have installed it myself at the end of the summer, I can judge that better. Regardless, this is probably the price that the installers will likely charge.

Material of about half could fit. But then there are also core drillings, laying of pipes, dismantling of the old gas heating, contractor’s profit, contractor’s costs for warranty, business operations, etc. If you look at the majority of offers that end with €35k-50k, €20k is really good. P.S. 1: The new monoblocks from Pana consist of an indoor and an outdoor unit by the way. It is now somewhat more work. P.S. 2: My heat pump from 2021 was all in under €5k including my own labor (heat pump, piping up to the radiator valves, 300-liter hot water tank, expansion vessels, foundations for the heat pump, etc.). That’s how prices are developing...

The photovoltaic system can at least be subsidized by the Bafa as of today. We also received a 25% subsidy for the ST. But of course, the question remains what one should roughly calculate for that. I had actually hoped to keep the costs for heat pump + photovoltaic under €15,000.

You should part with that. After subsidies, it should be feasible for the heat pump - unless you install the heat pump yourself. But as I said, the material already costs around €10,000 (then there is no subsidy). Which subsidy do you mean for photovoltaic? Solar thermal is normal. Photovoltaic should be viewed independently of the heat pump. Roof full - what is possible with you? A 10 kW system should be around €12,000.

Ok just checked....there is actually no longer any funding for photovoltaic systems. Only through a cheaper loan from the KfW.
