Also need your opinion. New construction in Lower Saxony. Exterior dimensions: 10 x 14.50 m. Orientation north-south. Gable roof facing east and west. Plan: underfloor heating and hot water by air heat pump. Electricity supply via own photovoltaic system and storage. In winter, shading could occur due to an opposite park. Two offers are available:

a) Heat pump with 5.08 kW; 15 photovoltaic modules with a total of 5.1 kWp, storage with 5.12 kWh
b) Heat pump with 10.7 kW; 30 photovoltaic modules with a total of 9.9 kWp, storage with 6.5 kWh

Previous electricity consumption in old building including electricity for hot water and oil heating: 5,400 kWh
Long-term plan to acquire an e-car.
Wood stove planned.

Not a KfW house but construction with currently required insulation. No automatic ventilation.

How should heat pump, photovoltaic system and possibly storage be dimensioned?

Very very nice house! Seems to be an idyllic area. I cannot recognize photovoltaic tiles. Fantastically done!

May I ask which tiles these are, how old they are and what power in KWp per m2 they approximately have?

I know the Nelskamp solar (thermal) tiles, did they also have photovoltaics in their program?

The Autarq tiles on our roof are based on the Creaton Domino and are somewhat less powerful than the current tiles. Autarq specifies a range between 126 and 136 heat pump per sqm. You also have non-photovoltaic areas on each tile. Therefore, the area yield is lower than with standard modules. On the other hand, due to the parallel connection, you have no shadow problems and can cover roofs with dormers and windows more completely. Purely in terms of yield, standard panels are more economical - if you look into the crystal ball and assume an increase in the value of the house through solar tiles instead of standard modules, it can look different again. We just wanted a beautiful house. The production output is better than calculated by sales. What more can you want.
