Hi,
I find the terrace completely unimportant for now.
Much more important is the house. Unfortunately, I really find it uncomfortable. That long tunnel to the living room and then that corner of the living room – it all looks so awkward. The main area with living/dining/kitchen therefore feels tubular, and the whole sense of space is lost. The kitchen feels like it’s in the entrance area – you get the impression of standing with the pots right between the jackets and coats.
If you can just add 2m to the house, money doesn’t seem to be an issue?
Honestly, I can immediately think of much nicer floor plans for you. Especially when the floor area is small, I would try to keep the rooms large. Here’s my personal favorite for a small house (128m²) from a fairly well-known manufacturer, just as a thought starter. You can find endless more on the internet. As long as you don’t have any special wishes, conditions, or building regulations to consider, you have free choice.
Maybe you’d rather browse catalogs first, because in my opinion, this floor plan isn’t even worth discussing.
Cheers!
