Floor plan 170m2 - Laundry room too small? Suggestions for improvement?

I'll put it another way: Living room as a passage room, bedroom as a passage room, stairs at the entrance, convoluted hallway on the upper floor, narrow hallway, window above the bathtub, these are all situations that inevitably arise from a limited number of square meters in, for example, a terraced or semi-detached house, 110-130sqm. Where did your planner hide?

I would definitely swap the kitchen and living room. That way, every kid with friends has to run through the living room just to get a drink. When the kids are older, even late at night. That would be too uncomfortable for me.
Then the couch against the wall next to the bathroom, the TV on the left wall, and the window on that wall made a bit bigger and floor-to-ceiling. Then you can also enjoy the view from the couch.

And if possible, I would move the garage further forward and plan a direct access from the garage to the utility room.
