Morning!
I always read here that everything is unprofitable. But how does it look with a new building where you ask yourself the question: Gas heating+Solar = 17,500€ KfW subsidy
Or
Air-water heat pump+Photovoltaics+Storage = 37,500€ KFW subsidy (with in my offer 27,500€ additional costs)
so in the end the entire surcharge from KfW55 to 40 plus 7.5k€ more... then also profitable with storage?
But you have to look at what kind of storage and photovoltaics it is. The construction companies usually offer the small solutions that lead to Kfw 40. But that is unprofitable again. If at all, I would:
a) install a photovoltaic system with at least 10 kWp (if the roof allows)
b) install storage only with subsidies or more money through Kfw improvement. These must also be suitable for the photovoltaic storage.
