Photovoltaic system: Costs, saving potential? - Experiences?

I always read here that everything is unprofitable. But how does it look with a new building where you ask yourself the question: Gas heating+Solar = 17,500€ KfW subsidy
Or
Air-water heat pump+Photovoltaics+Storage = 37,500€ KFW subsidy (with in my offer 27,500€ additional costs)

so in the end the entire surcharge from KfW55 to 40 plus 7.5k€ more... then also profitable with storage?

You have to see what kind of storage and photovoltaic it is. Construction companies usually offer the small solutions that lead to kfw 40. But that is unprofitable again. If I were to, then: a) Install a photovoltaic system with at least 10 kwp (if the roof allows) b) Install storage only with subsidies or more money through kfw improvement. These must also be suitable for the photovoltaic storage.

I can clearly recommend the xxPVxx forum for this. They provide help there. Definitely get informed and don't become the typical "storage victim," like 90% of current home builders planning a photovoltaic system.

Basically: optimize as big as possible, fully cover all sides and surfaces, do not equip with storage, and you're done. But as I said, you'll get more info in the forums, where help and planning are always gladly provided :)

As I said, the development plan provides for building only half of a roof side. So not much fits up there
