KFW 70 or is KWF 40 Plus worthwhile with significant additional costs?

Is the price for the 40+ house WITH photovoltaic and storage? And if yes, which photovoltaic and how big is the storage? Keep in mind with the KfW subsidy, you "don't have" the money. You just have to pay less for a longer time...

Nice to see that the crystal ball of the technology opponents apparently continues to deliver sharp generalizations. That's how it should be.

It has already been mentioned that the two house builders operate in different price ranges. This makes the comparison difficult because the surcharge is not entirely due to the Kfw 40+ standard. Assuming that it is basically the same building.
In addition to the heating cost savings of a better insulated house, electricity costs will be lower or generate income through photovoltaics and the storage system. 40+ also includes a ventilation system that offers comfort.
Viebrockhaus has a 3-month construction time guarantee, right? That also has a countervalue in the form of saved rent, cheaper financing due to less provision-free time required.

We had also looked at Viebrockhaus back then. I would claim that it is one of the most reputable and secure ways to build a house. However, it is also one of the most expensive.... However, you cannot compare Heinz von Heiden, which build quite cheaply, with Viebrockhaus in terms of features and the description of the construction services. I think they are worlds apart. With Viebrockhaus, you can definitely move into a "standard" house without significant additional sampling costs. With Heinz von Heiden, there are quite a few extra costs if you want it to be "nice." Therefore, I find the additional price quite low if you want to compare it that way?

Compare the construction service description for both and, if possible, the sample selection. Only when these are the same will you have the exact difference. Often it is the case that the "more expensive" providers have the better construction service description and the lower sample upgrades. For example, tiles—you want large-format tiles, which may incur additional costs with one or both. Power outlets, floor coverings, etc.

Yes, the price includes the photovoltaic system and storage. From the company Sun Power. Unfortunately, I do not know how large the storage is.

In my opinion, you are comparing a Ferrari with a Polo here.... Definitely worth the small extra cost: Viebrockhaus
