How do I achieve the "EE" in Kfw 55?

The new KfW 55 EE standard was met by me through a Wolf air heat pump and central ventilation system - no photovoltaic needed.

This is interesting! Our energy consultant claims that photovoltaics are absolutely necessary. How can you heat with the Wolf (which is also planned for us) with 55% renewable energies? That is exactly the difference (which does exist!) between KfW 55 and KfW 55ee

To be honest: I was also surprised myself, had read about photovoltaics everywhere and therefore also calculated the loan with standard KfW 55 without EE, of course now a few extra euros that you gladly take for special repayment.

Energy consulting is practically "included" with my builder (small town, energy consultant and builder work together) and accordingly I didn't have that much to do with it - which values do you need? I can then gladly quote from the energy consultant's document. Oh yes, maybe important to mention: I have "only" 125sqm, so by today's standards relatively "small".

I would be interested to know whether you meet any of the other above-mentioned requirements (solar, biomass, or similar) or how else you achieve ee with air-to-water heat pump and ventilation (does ventilation have anything to do with it at all?)
