We are building a prefabricated house, have practically completed the rough planning, i.e. floor plan, etc. Then I called the EE expert from the provider, who created the application based on our planning. It took three working days then we had all the documents and could apply for everything directly.

Super! ...I still get my elegant, solid, and quiet gas boiler – and no longer feel forced by the KFW funding to tolerate an air-to-water heat pump in my garden... :)

Can someone tell me if it is possible to submit the application for KFW55 proforma in order to still receive the funding of 28,000 EUR? That is, if the land is available but the actual construction planning with the general contractor is not yet finished.
