Are these the costs after deducting the KfW subsidy 431 for the energy consultant?

I can't imagine that you spent about 12k€ on the energy consultant and then 4k€ were reimbursed by the KfW.

If the question is directed at me,

This is merely an offer of €7500 where I would simply like to compare the amount with experience.
It is eligible for Kfw431 funding, which would then correspond to 50%.

Nevertheless, I cannot sweeten the offer with the subsidy that then ends up in the energy consultant's pocket.
But apparently there are few references.

I googled after this info because this construction service is also coming up for me. I read about amounts around 5000-4500, but it was never clear whether the subsidy was already included or not.

Okay, that's exactly how I feel right now. I fear that some energy consultants will increase the prices because with the subsidy, the costs on paper remain similar for the builder. But that is not the intent or purpose. However, the offers can actually only be without a subsidy since the builder must apply for it themselves and the energy consultant is only indirectly involved (confirmation of implementation). The money is also only paid out at the end of the construction project; until then, you advance the costs.

At least I can't imagine having to pay the full amount directly upon commissioning. Spreading it out until the confirmation of the standard would at least be okay for me.

The breakdown on which my 7500€ is based is as follows: about 5300€ until the online application, so quite early on, 2200€ at the end
