You have now found an architect who is not as dumb as his predecessor. And you have received tips on how to improve his new design from post #133 with simple means. So why do you now want to tinker with the design introduced in post #140 instead? You are making your house construction an unnecessarily difficult birth. Probably because you want to build the perfect dream house. I recommend you rather build the best home for your family. And from my point of view, that is more the design from #133 with the recommended small improvements, without messing around with windows. Smaller bathroom, larger room K3, partial drywall construction (to avoid forcing the upper floor layout into the corset of the load-bearing walls above those on the ground floor). For all I care with the stair purchase direction reversed. Forget your stupid corner windows: the devil whispered them in your ear so that you don’t realize that you have already reached your goal in terms of design!

More light in the north can be done like this. A glass element next to the front door and the door to the all-purpose room made of glass with a fixed glass element. This also works with a glass sliding door (behind the wardrobe) with a fixed element.
