Quarter-turn staircase is your wish? The headroom in the shower is tight. The dressing room should allow for closets of standard depth on both sides. To do laundry, you have to go through the kitchen? A hit with toddlers... Child 1 will be walled in, or always have to go through the window? A door would probably be too expensive... It's just a boring standard floor plan, fits a little on every plot, but not quite right anywhere. What does the neighboring development look like, building window, etc.? Regards WD

So, The door to the second children's room will of course be available, it was forgotten. The AK room will get a narrower window, so 60cm cabinets will fit on both sides. What speaks against a 1/4 staircase? I have also thought about the shower, but it seems overall very large for that. There will be a laundry chute from the bathroom to the utility room, we already have the current solution with kitchen - utility room and like it ... I don't see a problem there. Do you have any improvements in mind? Regards

Take the utility room door to the hallway, then one could manage better and furnish the kitchen better. Overall, I also find the floor plan too standard, which is more or less offered the same in all house sizes. Only the dimensions become bigger/longer. It works, no question, but I personally always expect some individuality. But it is okay.

Most construction service descriptions have the same points and similar wording, only in the concrete sense they differ or sometimes leave out something here and there. But these are exactly THE differences that need to be checked by a professional. Because: it depends on these differences what additional costs you have to expect if the quality is not guaranteed. With you. The "quite" is what matters!

Just a dumb question ... if it should be the provider, where can I have the construction description checked and how much does something like that usually cost?
