@ypg

share your floor plan with us, then we can use it as a master template since I assume that everything that makes living in a home as comfortable as possible is taken into account...

A comment like "I don't like the bathroom" is still not a suggestion for improvement for me (ypg: I can only make suggestions for improvement)

hm, my quoting function doesn’t seem to work...

@aytex: You are right, with the sentence "I don’t like the bathroom..." the OP unfortunately can’t do much. It’s just my opinion anyway ;)
Nevertheless, my list in the first post might stimulate some thoughts... as I already said: a hint with a big clue.
Of course it is sometimes difficult, when it is obvious to oneself that a 110cm wide corridor is not enough for passage + closet depth, to understand that the person who draws this idea doesn’t get it. Sorry!!!!! But you have now patiently explained the problem :)
And now? Now this cloakroom hallway will be revised (I hope), at the same time the guest room can be optimized :D

My floor plan offers no benefit to the OP! We live in a 2-person household! Besides, I have posted or linked it here many times :)

And if you quote me, then please in the full context. Thanks!

I think that your quote was not taken out of context...

Understanding and recognizing are two different things..

Hasn't anyone noticed yet that the staircase can't work like this?

First wide steps, then narrow steps. The floor plan stands or falls with the staircase.

The pantry is also not usable. How is anyone supposed to get in there when there are shelves inside. The "room" is far too narrow. Better to leave it out entirely and have more cabinets in the kitchen instead.

In my opinion, the draft suffers from two decisions: - the choice of a square floor plan, and - the staircase The non-functional cloakroom and pantry have already been mentioned, cake-eating-living in a row also requires space, which only works here with an introverted corner sofa, costing the view outside. The staircase starting in the dirt area of the entrance is not good, why choose that in a new building? Upstairs, the bathroom is impractically laid out, you bump into the sink, whose area is also rather small. With 160 sqm, one can expect significantly more, so better back to the drawing board.
