Thanks, I think we had even talked before in connection with the controlled residential ventilation. :)

Thanks, magnetic contacts for all windows would cost a total of 1000 EUR, I think I'd rather pass on that.

Controlled residential ventilation was offered to us by Broetje, LivingAir LAK450R Komfort, alternatively LAB450 Komfort.

Oh, thanks a lot for this hint. I always thought it was "real" RC2, so does the addition N indicate "light"? Can you tell me what is missing for the "real" RC2?

Thanks and greetings

The Living Air is quite expensive compared to, for example, Helios. So far, I have only seen advantages in the filters given the price difference.

The difference between RC2 and RC2N, to my knowledge, lies only in the pane. The pane in genuine RC2 is more secure against breaking in. In my opinion, the foil is more intended for retrofitting older windows. There is a company in Münster that offers these foils. It was recommended in a police lecture on burglary protection in existing buildings.

Take the Helios, with that you have a web server included and can save yourself the multiple control panels...

You can also install the window contacts yourself if you want to connect them, it won’t even cost half as much...

I would like to as well, but it depends on whether they can offer it to us and if so, at what price.

I also find many great colorful pictures and advertisements for Broetje, but nowhere any indication of efficiency (degree of heat recovery).

Yes, they are very stingy with the technical data, but they have only been in business with their two models since 2011. And the price is twice as expensive as a comparable Helios (already in terms of equity). So for me, that’s basically settled ...
