The energy saving ordinance service has even been removed from the HOAI because it was priced far too low.
Structural analysis, on the other hand, is usually manageable.
Or the note "provided by the client" appears, and then the client is liable.

That's not the case, they just work on it for 20-30 hours. Take another bungalow, replace the cover sheet, and add 2-3 comments. Done.

My structural analysis was top. The same applies to countless others I know. I see the problem more in the acceptance. That has to be done by someone on site. The price, of course, still comes on top.
