No, you don't need a pressure switch for the range hood and chimney - a simple window contact is sufficient. There are no problems at Christmas either - I have both a controlled residential ventilation system and a range hood, as well as a chimney and of course also a pressure switch and a window contact. The only problem could be that the KFW standard may change. I don't know right now whether an exhaust hood is taken into account in the calculation. If you then fall below the KFW 70 standard but at the same time claim subsidies for KFW 70, you really have a problem.

Thank you very much. I do not have any subsidies from KFW because the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 is a lower standard than KFW 70. KFW 70 means 70% energy consumption of the Energy Saving Ordinance standard. I only fear that later the house will no longer be sellable as an Energy Saving Ordinance house.
