I would say that falls under the clause "not eligible for funding" further down in the leaflet. Keyword "own contribution." Although I don't know how it works if you buy and a plumber installs it.
Is a Daikin (old name Rotex HPSU Compact Ultra) eligible for funding in new construction?
In the list from 12/20/19 my system appears on page 36. The COP value (A2/W35) says 4.10. On page 3 it is stated that a minimum heating number of 3.10 must be achieved.
Am I missing something?
Thanks!
EDIT: I think I answered myself. New construction minimum is 4.5. So 0.4 below the limit.

Of course, I don’t get the labor cost for self-installation but the material costs.
I have to tag along with a question here:

Exactly.
But if you heat your water with a separate domestic hot water heat pump, you get the funding for the main pump because the annual performance factor then exceeds 4.5.
I read this here a few pages back. I didn’t quite understand it.
I’m buying another device - the domestic hot water heat pump (in addition to the Daikin). Therefore, the annual performance factor of the Daikin is improved and the Daikin is eligible for funding? Is that correct?
How does that work, or what needs to be done so that Bafa recognizes the higher annual performance factor and pays out the funding?
