Do you mean "The program is not suitable for all families, but there is still additional support for those who buy or build residential property."? That generally refers to the program, not the 20 years. Unfortunately, I can't read the rest because of the paywall.



QNG would definitely make sense then, provided the interest rates remain just as low for 20 years.

Yes, it mentions something about income without going into specifics. We at the bank also have no information available yet.

Since this is only supposed to apply from March, we are currently faced with the question of whether we should secure everything now before all the funds are exhausted in March. Is this fear justified or can we assume, as I believe there are different funding sources, that the 300 program will not be depleted that quickly and one can calmly wait until March? Regarding the article in the Ha…blatt, I have full access, but one can only speculate whether there will be a new limit on the salary cap. How realistic is that?

We have to decide by the beginning of the week whether he should secure everything now or wait… awkward situation right now.

Of course without guarantee, but why would they make the KfW program more attractive with a 20-year fixed interest rate and then discontinue it at the start of the conditions? I personally find that unlikely, but with these demands you never know... One option might be to use the revocation period and if new information emerges in the next two weeks, simply terminate the current loan. But of course I don’t know your exact situation.

What is supposed to come from March does not exist today at all. In this respect, the question does not even arise for you. You do not receive any subsidy for a climate-friendly new building today. Then decide. Take the current subsidy (KfW 300) or wait until the subsidy for climate-friendly new construction (KfW 297) is available again, in whatever form. There is still enough money in the 300. Will you still get a new loan then? The bank is pissed off and there are bans at KfW.
